Wherever the yacht is in use, we can provide front line service and support, covering the full spectrum of electronics on today's sophisticated and complex, luxury yachts.
In addition to providing our service direct to the yacht, we offer a preferred service to our "Front Line Support Partners" whether they be yards, yacht builders, management companies, project managers or any other specialist company in the super yacht industry. Our service obligations are detailed in our Front Line Support and Airtime Partner Agreements. Our current partners are shown on the left.
The owner must be confident that all his yacht's onboard technology will be cared for after leaving the yard, whatever cruising ground he may choose. After all, the successful use of modern communications systems is now the key which allows many owners to spend more time enjoying their yachts.
Locations
We operate from our primary service locations on the French Riviera, in Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona. From these key destinations, we provide continuity between the world's most popular cruising ground.

During that time, e ³ has been contracted over 11,000 times to work on over 2,000 different yachts. We are offering our expertise and experience, plus our local knowledge.
- Front line - linked support bases located where yachts cruise.
- If you are not cruising in these regions, we can optionally provide Remote Support by dial-in to the yacht's systems from our base in Palma , and by telephone support.
- We will travel to a yacht in any location, if required.
- As a yard or yacht builder, you can reduce your costs by avoiding the necessity to provide remote support yourself.
- e ³ represents most manufacturers and can undertake warranty repairs on their behalf.
- The e ³ teams speak many languages including English, French, Spanish, German, Dutch and Italian.
